1. Returns:
My Nanny is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@mynanny.co.za with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Should the item be defective/ faulty as a result of product or supplier fault a 20% handling fee will apply.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as opened or used medical supplies, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Please check the product description or contact our Customer Support for clarification before initiating a return.
7. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
